Had a great time signing books and talking about things German at the Soulard Oktoberfest. Two sisters from Los Angeles on a trip here to do family research said they’d gone online and decided to buy my book when they were here. They ran into me and bought the book. Others said they’d seen me on TV or read about me in the paper. I’ll be there Sunday from 1 to closing time at 5 at my booth on Third Street just north of Lafayette.
